1. Order Processing Time
All orders are verified, quality-checked, and meticulously packaged at our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days (72 hours) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Insured & Protected Shipping
Every package sent by Tartieluxe is fully insured. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will expedite a brand-new replacement item to you at no extra cost. Please simply contact our support team within 14 days of the delivery date with valid proof.
4. Split Shipments (Multiple Items)
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched from different regional warehouses depending on stock availability. If your items arrive at slightly different times, rest assured the remainder of your order is safely on its way.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to fully update and display active carrier information within the system. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping email or via global postal tracking networks.
6. Order Modifications & Address Changes
Accuracy is key to successful delivery. If you notice an error or need to make changes to your order (such as color or shade adjustments), please email us at support@tartieluxe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners and shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify it.
